Cox Creek Farm is located in Quebec's beautiful Lievre Valley, about 45 minutes from Canada's capital, Ottawa, Ontario. We sell organic meats and breeding stock.

From the beginning, we have supported the movement to organic growing. Our pastures are free from herbicides or pesticides. We buy only organic grain - no chemicals herbicides or pesticides have been used in its production and it contains no hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products.

We are committed to raising traditional animal breeds: Dorset Horn sheep and Highland cattle. While these breeds may not meet the needs of high production farms where size and quick maturity are important, they have many desirable characteristics such as hardiness, easy birthing and gentle nature which are valuable to include in cross breeds.

We also think it's important to develop a purebred flock of these older breeds to maintain genetic diversity
