| Why JetStream Wireless Internet services JetStream Wireless point to point communications gives your business high-speed connectivity. The cost is far less than dedicated ISDN and other dedicated solutions and there are no Telecom charges, no hidden monthly fees. JetStream does not require site licenses since it uses the 2.4/5.8 GHz band, which is set for unlicensed usage. Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) modulation provides secure access and reliable communications. The radio signal will appear as mere noise and will yield unintelligible results unless a authorized JetStream device is used to decode the signal. The only requirements for a JetStream Wireless connection is that you're building be "visible" to one of our transmitters or its destination point in the Ottawa Carleton region. A technician will come to your office/building and perform a site survey to verify visibility and radio reception range. Once visibility has been verified, we'll schedule the receiving antenna installation so you can get Un-Plugged! |
